About

Stop settling for a life that no longer fits

Maybe you’ve built a good life on paper. You have a career. People rely on you. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But lately you’ve found yourself asking bigger questions.

Is this really what I want?
Is this the life I want to build?

If those questions keep coming up, you’re not alone. They’re the conversations I have every day.

I’m Donncha.

I have an MSc in Guidance Counselling and, over the last ten years, I’ve helped hundreds of people navigate change, uncertainty and the question of what’s next.

One thing I’ve learned is that people rarely come to me because they need help choosing a career. More often, they’ve drifted away from themselves. The career is simply where they notice it.

Whether it’s changing careers, starting something of your own or finally doing the thing you keep talking yourself out of, the hardest part usually isn’t knowing what you want. It’s trusting yourself enough to begin.

Together, we’ll work through the fears, limiting beliefs and old patterns that have been keeping you stuck. That’s where freedom begins.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters most, and take practical steps towards a life that feels like yours.

I’ve come to believe that real change isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more of who you already are.

In their words

★★★★★
I’d been stuck in the same place for years, always going to sort it ‘eventually.’ Donncha helped me see I was waiting for permission that was never coming from anyone but me. I’m moving now.

Andrew

I came for a career plan. I left understanding that the thing holding me back wasn’t my CV — it was the story I kept telling about myself.

Daniel

He helped me look at the things I’d been avoiding for a long time, and somehow it never felt heavy. I walked out lighter, and a little braver.

I’d written off the life I actually wanted as ‘not for someone like me.’ Donncha wouldn’t let that one stand — and I’m further down that road now than I thought I’d get.

If that sounds like where you are, let’s talk.

Applications are read personally — no hard sell, just an honest conversation about whether I can help you move.

I read every application myself.
